In response to the problems existing in the constant water temperature operation of the air-source heat pump system of an office building in Handan during the winter heating, such as the room temperature fluctuation being too large, and the equipment frequently starting and stopping when the ambient temperature is low, a time-sharing and stage-based variable water temperature control method based on the matching of supply and demand is proposed. The effectiveness of this method has been tested through experiments in the office building. The experiment shows that under the condition of the ambient temperature fluctuating between 0 ℃ and 10 ℃ on typical days, the average system coefficient of performance (COP) of the air-source heat pump under the variable water temperature control method throughout the heating season is 3.38, and the total energy consumption can be reduced by 3 306 kWh compared with the constant water temperature operation.
